How to Win at Self Care During a Pandemic

Self care has never been more important. While Covid 19 has stripped us of our routine, peace, and social networks, it’s never been easier to stay in touch with loved ones and enjoy time at home, with the ability to really focus on yourself. Here are four tips to win self care  —

1. Bring the Spa Home —  If you’re like me, the kitchen calls your name multiple times a day. Not just a treasure trove of snacks, our kitchens often hold tons of natural and healthy ingredients, not just for our stomachs, but for our faces and skin too!
